Hakonechloa macra ‘Albo Striata’
If you are one of ‘those people’ who despises yellow in plants…or if you simply prefer cream variegation, then this is the Japanese Forest Grass for you! It’s not as widely grown as its golden relatives, but it’s every bit as good a performer. Makes elegant clumps 12” tall and 30” wide of cream striped, arching leaves. Light shade, average garden conditions. Winter deciduous.
