
Crocosmia X Crocosmiiflora ‘George Davison‘
Burnt orange buds open to golden yellow stars on 18-24” stems above perennial clumps 2.5’ wide of upright, narrow, pointed leaves middle to late summer (one of the first Crocs to bloom). Irresistible to hummers; deer and rabbit resistant. Decent soil, regular moisture (but drought tolerant when established); sun to part shade. Great cut flowers, long lasting.
