Begonia aff. palmata DJHM13008
Another rare, sublime Begonia collected by Dan Hinkley, this one from Myanmar at 9000’. Upright growth, gorgeous, large, deeply lobed leaves boldly patterned with rich Merlot and silver foil. Showy clumps 12-16” tall and at least as wide are happy in bright shade with their roots in loose, organic, moist soil. A fairly new intro with unknown hardiness, guessing. Winter mulch blanket required.
