(DWARF FALSE INDIGO) Native to the Midwestern US, this drought tolerant woody shrublet of silver-green ferny foliage mounds up 2-3’.  Summer brings pretty clusters of honey-scented, violet spikes with orange stames at branch tips.  Good pollinator plant.  Well-drained soil, sun to part shade, drought tolerant, critter resistant.
